Abstract

We demonstrate mid-infrared wavelength converters that are all-fiber and tunable using As2Se3 microwires. Normal dispersion parametric processes are utilized to achieve far-detuned wavelength conversion of 49.3 THz, the largest reported in soft glass materials.
