Optical Properties of Highly Excited Monolayer MoS2 by Few-cycle Femtosecond Laser Pulse Irradiation

Abstract

The dielectric responses of monolayer MoS2 to few-cycle femtosecond laser pulse with vary parameters are demonstrated by using time-dependent density functional theory. Dielectric properties of the material are modulated on the femtosecond time scale.
