Modelling and Measurement of Two-photon Absorption in Semiconductor Quantum Wells

Abstract

Pump probe measurements of nondegenerate two-photon absorption in MBE-grown AlGaAs/GaAs semiconductor quantum well waveguides are presented. The results agree well with a model based on perturbation theory.
