Digital holographic microscopy of optically trapped microparticles with using of “bottle beam” optical tweezers

Abstract

We report on development of optical tweezers based on uniaxial crystal anisotropy for generation of adjustable “bottle” beam trap carrying optical vortex for spatially confinement of microparticles in the in-line digital holographic microscopy setup.
