Development of reflective filter by suppressing sidelobes by BBAR coating using IAD Technique

Abstract

This Paper reports the suppression of sidelobes using 3 layer broadband antireflection coating for reflective multilayer stack. Thin films of Al2O3, SiO2 and TiO2 were deposited by ion assisted deposition technique and characterized by UV-Vis-NIR spectrophotometer.
