Radio-sensitivity of 4T1 chemo-treated breast cancer cells measured by laser trapping

Abstract

Laser trapping technique used to study the radio-sensitivity of chemo-treated 4T1 breast cancer cells. The threshold radiation dose (TRD) for different treatment period calculated and the results showed TRD decreases with treatment period increase.
