Anti-reflection microstructures for 2-6 µm range fabricated with direct fs laser ablation

Abstract

We investigated antireflection microstructures fabrication on CdSSe crystal with fs direct laser ablation in several regimes and reflection reduction in 2–6 µm range with maximum transmission of 99% at 2.3 µm was achieved.
