Optical absorption and anisotropy of phosphorene flakes

Abstract

The phosphorene is a recently discovered 2D material. In addition to a direct bandgap, the phosphorene absorption of polarized light is different in the armchair and the zigzag direction. We present studies of the phosphorene flakes versus aging processes.
