Single-shot Fourier ptychographic microscopy via annular monochrome LED array

Abstract

Single-shot Fourier ptychographic microscopy is realized by slightly defocusing with annular illumination. A 2× resolution quantitative phase map can be recovered by one-step deconvolution and further refined by iterative multiplexing algorithm.
