Parallelized 3D microscopy based on reconfigurable incoherent light-sheet array multiplexing

Abstract

We demonstrate a new type of parallelized volumetric fluorescence imaging without any scanning mechanism, coined coded light-sheet array microscopy (CLAM), based upon reconfigurable generation of incoherent light-sheet array (>40 light-sheets) and multiplexed plane-wide encoding.
