Experimental Variation of Magnification Calibration for Localization Microscopy

Abstract

We study the variation of a localization microscope from temporal and thermal factors, enabling elucidation of the discrepancy between transillumination brightfield and epi-illumination fluorescence of an aperture array for magnification calibration.
