Two-photon fluorescence microscopy and selective laser ablation through multimode fibers

Abstract

Using wavefront shaping, we deliver a focus spot through a multimode fiber (MMF) with a maximum peak power of ~1×1013W/cm2, sufficient to perform two-photon fluorescence (TPF) imaging and laser ablation (LA) of a variety samples.
