Signatures of coherent photon transport in nanowire waveguides with coupled quantum dots

Abstract

We present theory and experiments of coupled quantum dots (QDs) in semiconductor nanowire waveguides. Depending upon the two QD spatial separation, we demonstrate pronounced spectral shifts, as well as strongly coupled super-radiant and sub-radiant states.
