Power improvement in a CW THz polariton laser

Abstract

An enhancement in the performance of an intracavity CW THz polariton laser is reported. THz output power of up to 23.1 µW was detected at 1.66 THz, frequency tunability across 1.30 – 2.51 THz was achieved.
