Holographic Region-of-Interest with Oblique Illumination

Abstract

Our programmable holographic microscopy approach allows an adaptive oblique regions-of interest illumination, which reduces phototoxicity and out-of-focus blur. This potentially improves Single-Molecule-Localization-Microscopy and is easy to integrate.
