On-chip Integrated All-Optical Fast Fourier Transform: Design and Analysis

Abstract

We report the design of an all-optical fast Fourier transform (FFT) on a silicon-photonics on-chip platform, show the phase-, amplitude-, and delay sensitivity of the transfer function, and a delay performance of 20 Tbps.
