Optical Temperature Sensing in NaYSiO4:Er3+/Yb3+ Upconvesion Phosphors

Abstract

Er3+/Yb3+ co-doped NaYSiO4 upconversion phosphors were successfully synthesized for optical temperature sensing. The sensitivity of this sensor was about 0.0047 K−1 at 573 K.
