Abstract

We demonstrate a high-transmission efficiency, high-numerical-aperture metalens etched into the surface of single-crystal diamond for coupling to quantum emitters. Metalens performance is matched to full-field simulations, and photoluminescence from a single nitrogen-vacancy center is imaged.
