Compact Two-Dimensional Multipass GaAs Optical Cavity with a Long Path Length

Abstract

We fabricated and tested a compact multipass GaAs optical cavity with a round-trip path length of approximately 3.7 mm. The optical light injected into the cavity was found to propagate along a stable ray trajectory.
