Abstract

A quantitative phase microscope is demonstrated using spectrally-encoded interferometric phase modulation. The technique offers speckle-free, high sensitivity (~0.14nm) optical pathlength measurement at high acquisition speed. It is well suited for precise quantification of dynamic processes.
