Application of computer vision technique with fluorescence imaging spectroscopy to differentiate citrus diseases

Abstract

We have used fluorescence imaging spectroscopy to investigate citrus diseases. Texture features were extracted and used as input into classifier. Results show that it is possible differentiate the diseases that have similar symptoms.
