Time-of-flight absolute distance measurement by dual-comb second harmonic generation

Abstract

A dual-comb system using type II second harmonic generation is proposed for absolute length measurement. Compared with an interferometer, the maximum residual is 100.6 nm in an acquisition time of 500 ms.
