Real-Time Dynamics of Single Protein-Small Molecule Interactions with Label-Free, Free-Solution Double-Nanohole Optical Trapping

Abstract

We use a double-nanohole optical trap to observe single molecule biotin binding on the dynamics of streptavidin and monovalent streptavidin and to distinguish single binding events from multiple bindings.
