Abstract

Giant dispersion of gradient dielectric transparent nanofilms, controlled by the shape of spatial distribution of refractive index, is shown to provide the reflectionless tunneling of radiation. Using of these phenomena for design of non-Fresnel reflectors, broadband antireflection coatings and gradient interfaces, supporting the visible surface waves, is considered.
