Longitudinal In Vivo Imaging to Assess Blood Flow and Oxygenation in Implantable Engineered Tissues

Abstract

Establishing adequate vascularization in implanted engineered tissues requires tools to longitudinally assess hemodynamics. We thus used functional imaging techniques to acquire hemodynamic information critical to ameliorating vascular functionality.
