3D Optical Devices Fabricated Using Multiphoton Absorption Polymerization

Abstract

Multiphoton absorption polymerization (MAP) allows for rapid prototyping of microscale optical devices. We have created high-performance, single-mode optical waveguides and have demonstrated the coupling of these structures to optical fibers for use as in-line devices.
