Microfluidic Structured Illumination Microscopy

Abstract

We apply the principle of structured illumination microscopy to a microfluidic device. Sample flow across a fixed illumination pattern resolves phase ambiguity. We demonstrate the technique experimentally by reconstructing superresolved images of yeast cells.
