Abstract

A Shack-Hartmann wavefront sensor is used to measure sample induced abber-ations in a widefield microscope. Images of biological samples are simultaneously obtained with a low-noise CMOS camera, and we investigate deconvolution of these images using information from the wavefront sensor.
