Cellular imaging by time-stretch confocal microscopy in the 1μm window

Abstract

We demonstrate, for the first time, optical time-stretch confocal microscopy in the 1μm spectral window, which is the optimal diagnostic window for biophotonics, for single-shot high-speed (10 MHz) and high-resolution (< 2 μm) cellular imaging.
