Laser contrast speckle imaging to monitor blood brain barrier integrity

Abstract

This study demonstrate that laser speckle contrast imaging can be used to monitor Blood Brain Barrier (BBB) disruptions. Our results show that the ratio of venous and arterial flows changes after BBB opening.
