Time-Resolved Imaging through Scattering Media (TRISM)

Abstract

Stochastic optical reconstruction microscopy (STORM) relies on time-resolving overlapping point-spread functions (PSFs) to increase image resolution. Here, we extend these time-resolving principles from diffraction-limited PSFs to those dominated by scattering.
