Dispersive coupling and optimization of femtogram L3-nanobeam optomechanical cavities

Abstract

A femtogram L3-nanobeam optomechanical cavity is theoretically studied. This cavity has an optical quality factor (Q) about 52,000, high mechanical frequency, and high mechanical Q. The vacuum optomechanical coupling rate is about 265 kHz.
