Abstract
Plasmon-resonant nanoantennas greatly expand the characteristics of semiconductor photodetectors, enabling wavelength- and polarization-sensitive detection below the silicon bandgap. Nanoantennas also enhance the visible wavelength response of graphene, making it a novel candidate for optoelectronics applications.
