Applications of Gabor domain optical coherence microscopy

Abstract

We report images of in vivo skin epidermal cells and new GRIN material obtained using volumetric optical coherence microscopy from a liquid-lens-based, dynamic focusing objective, and a high-speed astigmatism-corrected Czerny-Turner spectrometer.
