Abstract
We present a novel full-spectrum hyperspectral fluorescence microscope using the Image Mapping Spectrometer (IMS). The microscope combines three filtering mechanisms – polarization filtering, spatial coherence filtering and datacube filtering by spectral unmixing – to replace traditional filters.
