Multifunctional imaging device for adaptive optics compensation in humans and small animals

Abstract

A system was developed to simultaneously acquire high resolution adaptive optics-corrected scanning laser ophthalmoscopy and optical coherence tomography images from both humans and small animals. Device performance was characterized in a limited number of subjects.
