Non-Linear Imaging with Ultrashort Shaped Pulses

Abstract

Dispersion compensation of ultrashort pulses at the focal plane leads to significantly greater signal. Our presentation will focus on observed photobleaching and photoenhancement of two-photon fluorescent signal for long (200fs) and ultrashort (sub-15fs) pulses.
