Towards Deformable Mirror Calibration using Phase Diversity in Objective Coupled Planar Illumination Microscopy

Abstract

We have introduced a deformable mirror (DM) in the emission path of an OCPI microscope to allow for adaptive optics using phase diversity imaging. Currently we are implementing phase diversity algorithms to calibrate the DM.
