Broad-beam fluctuation spectroscopy for non-flow cytometry and clinical diagnostics

Abstract

We present a novel scanning fluctuation spectroscopy system, which we term Broad- beam Scanning Fluctuation Spectroscopy, for performing cytometry. BSFS is a viable alternative to flow cytometry for a wide variety of cell-based clinical diagnostics.
