Fundus Autofluorescence at 594 nm and Comparison with Near Infrared Reflectance and Fluorescence Imaging

Abstract

A scanning laser autofluorescent technique at 594 nm reveals features at retinal locations seen with near infrared reflectance and polarization imaging techniques. The autofluorescence from melanin is too weak to account for 594 nm autofluorescence.
