GaAs-Based InAs/InGaAs Quantum Dot Solar Cells for Concentration Applications

Abstract

We report the I-V and spectral response characteristics of InAs/GaAs quantum dot (QD) solar cells. The results show that QD cells are promising for concentration due to significant differences in ideality factor behavior with voltage.
