Abstract

We demonstrate conditional Rabi rotations on the exciton-biexciton transition in a single self- assembled InGaAs/GaAs quantum dot using picosecond optical excitation and photocurrent readout. This is an implementation of the two-qubit C-ROT quantum logic gate.
