Abstract

Nonlinear effects: photonic flame effect (PFE), stimulated globular scattering (SGS) and stimulated Raman scattering (SRS) - have been investigated in photonic crystals (synthetic opal matrices and nanocomposites on their base) under ruby laser excitation.
