Pushing the Resolution Limit in Multiphoton Absorption Polymerization

Abstract

Multiphoton absorption polymerization makes possible the fabrication of 3D structures with features considerably smaller than the diffraction limit. We will discuss progress in improving resolution to the realm of a fortieth of a wavelength. Article not available.
