Porro-Prism Retroreflector Based on Corner Geometry of Volume Bragg Gratings

Abstract

We consider relatively thin optical element: Porro Prism configuration for pair of 45-degree Volume Bragg Gratings. We calculate efficiency, spectral and angular selectivity versus hologram strength and thickness, with applications for laser resonators.
