Interference Design of Diffractive Element for Resonant Scanner Angular Correction

Abstract

This paper proposes an optical corrective element with zooming capability for converting nonlinear sinusoidal scanning to linear scanning. The design methodology is based on the classical equation for diffraction gratings.
