Experimental and Theoretical Analysis of Two-Photon Absorption in Semiconductor Quantum-Dots

Abstract

We report theoretical and experimental studies of two-photon absorption spectra of CdSe and CdTe quantum-dots. The influence of the quantum-dot size is verified. Theories using the band-mixing and parabolic bands models are compared.
