Abstract

We developed a novel microscopic technique, single-cell partial-wave spectroscopic (PWS) microscopy, which provides insights into the nanoarchitecture of living cells. We demonstrated that PWS enables diagnosis of colon carcinogenesis by analysis of histologically normal-appearing cells.
