Modeling of the Internal Optical Structure of the Nuclei of B-cells

Abstract

Inhomogeneity within B-cell nuclei is modeled according to the feature of intensity distribution in images of B-cells stained with a DNA-binding dye for light scattering simulations. Results from FDTD simulations are compared with experiment results.
