Abstract

We measured the inter-photoreceptor distance (IPD) using an adaptive optics fundus camera. The magnification of the images was calibrated by the eye’s axial length. The IPD was correlated with the axial length and the average IPD in the moderate and high myopia group was significantly larger than that in the normal and low myopia group.
